These overclocks were just suicide runs. However getting to the speed on a laptop is nothing to scoff at. These were done with cold winter air. Validation Video of 3.2GHz

Hey guys. So instead of normal benchmark practice of taking screenshots of benchmark results, I decided I wanted to take videos instead. I did all the following benchmarks on my system with the following specs: i5-2500K @ 5GHz Mushkin Ridgeback 2x2GB 1600MHz 6-8-6-24-1T Ram ASUS P8P67 Vanilla Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit I did [...]
i5 2500K @ 5GHz – 2 Hours Prime 95 Stable

I only really judge stability off of folding lately, as that is the only case when I run full stress all day and all night. So far it is folding stable at these settings for 5GHz. I finally broke this barrier. Seems like my chip is pretty decent. Here is the screenie and a few [...]

AMD has been spotted showing a laptop using the upcoming trinity APU. Trinity is shown being able to run a game and a 720P HD movie at the same time without a hitch. This will be an excellent contender in the ultrabook/notebook sector to Intel’s “Ivy Bridge”. Some models of trinity is rumoured to be [...]

This i5 clocked up to 4.7GHz no problem. My chip yields this speed at a fairly low voltage, allowing me to maintain power efficiency, but make a large gain in speed. Here is a screenshot of my folding with the V7 beta client on my new processor: The processor has been running stable at [...]
